JULY 23-25, 2008!
North Carolina is an extremely unique shark dive. It is one of the few places where divers can view predatory sandtiger sharks without the use of chum or stimuli. We are hoping to see some of the other resident sharks while we are out there as well, sandbar, and bull sharks have also been seen at some of these wrecks as well.
This year we will be going out there for a unique shark diving experience, which will include a night dive with the raggies (weather dependant)- We have been wanting to experience a night dive with sandtiger sharks for years, and this year we are making it happen! We will spend two days diving during the morning hours, and one day diving at night, to see what the raggies are up to. Sandtiger expert Dean Fessler will be joining us to give us some unique insight into their behavior. This will be a memorable experience, and we are limiting space on this trip, so it will be a quick sell out! so reserve your spots early.
We also will be showing a private screening of SDM's movie 'Summer of the Sharks,' On the evening of the 23rd right after our Barbeque Party.
